About This Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the tvaje platform ("Platform", "tvaje", "we") and any user ("you", "user"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the tvaje platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

tvaje is an online casino and betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and shall always apply.

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

tvaje may at any time request documents to verify a user's identity (such as a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document). tvaje reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the identity verification process is complete. This verification process is conducted for your protection and the security of the platform.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on tvaje:

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name. Third-party funds are not accepted.
tvaje does not cover deposit fees or other service charges; the payment provider's own charges may apply.

5Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from tvaje:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Under normal circumstances, withdrawals take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.
Withdrawal requests may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
tvaje reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification purposes if needed.

tvaje funds are protected by SSL encryption. Your financial information is never shared with third parties.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

6Welcome Bonus

New users on tvaje receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering requirements must be met to claim the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

Wagering multiplier: 10 times the bonus amount.
The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
Bonus balance cannot be transferred elsewhere.
tvaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

7VIP and Cashback Program

tvaje's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rates vary by tier:

Bronze tier: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your playing style and activity. tvaje reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

8Preventing Bonus Abuse

tvaje actively monitors for bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or household.
Attempting to meet wagering requirements by placing opposing bets.

In cases of bonus abuse, tvaje may close the account and forfeit all bonuses and related winnings.

All betting and gaming activities on tvaje are governed by the following general rules:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, tvaje reserves the right to apply the correct result.
tvaje reserves the right to void any bet where suspicious betting patterns are detected, such as indications of match fixing or sports manipulation.
Outcomes in sports betting markets will be determined based on the decision of the relevant authority.

If any of the above activities are proven, tvaje reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
